Brazil Burundi Blend

  • Original Blend
  • Our original coffee blend combines beans from Brazil and Burundi. Roasts from this South American country bring out the flavors of chocolate and vanilla in the beans. No need to debate the virtues of chocolate for chocoholics and the virtues of vanilla for traditional vanilla lovers; these beans have the best of both. The French who settled in Brazil introduced coffee to the country in the 1720s. We know that to have been a good thing because Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world today. Despite coffees African origins, the coffee tree wasn't introduced to the country of Burundi till the 1930s. 90% of this country's population is employed in agriculture. Today the top exports for the African country of Burundi are coffee and tea. Burundi beans have bright flavors and are berry and citrus sweet.

Mexican Decaf

  • Single Origin
  • Exported from the southern regions of Mexico, coffee beans grown in this Central American country are mild and delicate in flavor and have overtones of fruit and spice and everything nice. Our decaf beans are Swiss Water processed. It’s a 100% natural process alternitive to methylene chloride that is traditionally used to remove caffeine from coffee beans. The Swiss Water way of removing the caffeine combines water, temperature, and time to make the coffee you drink naturally decaf.

Costa Rican

  • Single Origin
  • Spanish colonists brought the coffee tree from Cuba by way of Arabia in 1779. This Central American country has impressive growing and harvesting standards and today Costa Rican coffee is some of the finest. Grown in varying soils and at different altitudes throughout the country, coffee from Costa Rica tastes of sweet possibilites and a berry fruitiness. Yes, fruitiness, after all coffee is a fruit.

Kona

  • Single Origin
  • Coffee arrived in Hawaii from Brazil in the 1800s. Lucky to call an island paradise home, the coffee trees of Hawaii are grown in rich soil and receive island showers and mellow afternoon shade. Like I said, paradise. Coffee harvested in Hawaii is the only coffee grown in the US. Roasts from Hawaii are mild, slightly fruity, milk chocolatey, and considered by many to be a well balanced cup of coffee.

Half-Caff

  • Mexican & Brazillian Blend
  • Need to just be half awake? Kidding. Some people experience jitters, anxiety, or sleeplessness from caffeine. Half-Caff gives you the benefits of coffee for your body, heart, and brain but with less caffeine.

Espresso Roast

  • Single Origin
  • A serving of espresso is called a shot, but it's not meant to be consumed as fast as you can. Espresso is a coffee beverage to be savored slowly. Espresso translates from Italian to 'pressed out' because a cup of espresso coffee is made brewing strong coffee by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water through the grounds.
